Connect Kapsio to ChatGPT

Use Developer Mode while the app is private. The local MCP endpoint is separate from the website.

1. Run the MCP server locally with pnpm mcp:dev.
2. Expose it with an HTTPS tunnel such as ngrok http 8787.
3. In ChatGPT, enable Developer Mode under Settings, Apps & Connectors, Advanced settings.
4. Create a new app and paste your HTTPS tunnel URL with /mcp.
5. Refresh the app after changing MCP tools or widget metadata.
